Sheena I wish we had a bath in our house - I love having them!

Kate, tea predominates in your rituals :)

Love this- I can almost picture it all...
I need more ritual- things still too all over the place here, but I have a couple:
Morning walk- during the week. If I don't do it- I am completely out of sorts for the day.
Pot of tea with breakfast
Pot of tea with husband when we both get home from work- and talk through the day

An excellent thing to be thankful for. For me, one of my favourite rituals in the winter is the bath I have 2 or 3 nights a week - living in an old and draftly Queenslander, it may be the only time I am really warm in the evening before I go to be. I fill the bath, using my favourite bath oil or salts, make a cup of tea or fill a half-glass of wine, and take my beverage and book in. It's half an hour or so when no one disturbs me, and I am relaxed.
