It's really good.  If you aren't doing vegan, it goes really well with some boiled eggs and yoghurt.

Shall have to try the oats.. I love porridge in winter.  Another porridge option is a mix of equal parts ground millet, ground linseed, cornmeal (the larger ground version like polenta) and whole wheat flour.</description>
