		<description>People do get hung up on that one don&#039;t they.  I think it had a lot to do with this professional registration lark that LIANZA is pushing at present.  I can&#039;t see the point myself but I can see that I&#039;m going to have to do it in order to increase my employability.. uh.. if that is a word.</description>
