Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you, too, Constance - I have blogged this, it's loaded to come up on Boxing Day (because I'm sick of cleaning the house, but not many people seem to be reading the blog this week.)
But I did it round the other way, just to be pernickety. Not sure it makes any difference now I look at it though.

What a neat idea! I guess since I've only been blogging since September or so, mine would be much shorter, lol!

BTW - I learned about this blog from the Librarians Matter blog. Glad to have found it!

I was going to take a break from the blog over the hols. But I might make an exception for this meme, it's easily the best I've seen so far. (Taking me away from the middle-aged lady one that's doing the rounds, too. That has to be a good thing!)

I am not quite sure what my year's been like, CW - a year of development in some ways. A daughter moved out, I spent a lot of time doing independent study so I could be a better 'critic' if I ever try to be one again!, I took a week off by myself (the only time in my life I've been away by myself, I think.) I applied for several part-time jobs and didn't get them, but got nice pats on the back and encouragement. I came up with ideas of what to do in the meantime, I planned a 'writing' life and found it didn't look as scary as I thought it might be. I went to book launches (that had its scary moments.)
Certainly quite a fruitful year, though I think some of the fruits are yet to come.
