I was contemplating the view through the window in my study this morning. The sunshine is beautiful.
The books are threatening to take over my room. (All the bookshelves are still in the old house.)
My photoshoot was interrupted by a gray and white furball. “Follow me, CW!”
“What are you waiting for?”
Note the white bowl next to the spa/bath – Baubles the Cat’s water bowl! “Do I need to spell it out for you??”
“CW!! C’mon!!”
The things these humans put me through for a drink of fresh water…

Sounds like Pippin. There are few things he’ll throw a tantrum about like day-old water.
Some cats got it made. I remember cats being content with rainwater in drains and puddles!

One of my mum’s cats insists on only having running water from the bathroom tap.
My cat drinks “shower water”. Cack! At least it isn’t the toilet water.

Penny, yes we’re very well trained. I think Baubles would drink shower water if we’d let her, but I don’t think she has ever tried loo water (eeeeeuuuu).
And to think, when I was a kid, one of the myths I believed about cats was that they don’t like water (drinking it, swimming in it, whatever).
